“Soul Flow” is perfect for all skill levels. It is a 60-minute, traditional VINYASA FLOW class that breaks down the fundamental poses and teaches them to you in an accessible, anatomy-focused way. We will cue the same sequence of poses consistently so that you can begin to build your practice of yoga with confidence and ease. Vinyasa Yoga combines aspects of traditional yoga postures and breath awareness. We will often begin with breath work and grounding poses, then progress and build internal heat, as the poses become more layered, complex, and challenging. This series works to stretch, strengthen, and tone the muscles while learning proper alignment, detoxifying the body, and calming the mind. Excellent for weight loss, injury recovery, management of chronic pain, etc. Christina will intuitively guide students to find their inherent power, strength, and ability to create change in their lives, both on and off the mat.

Get your zen on, with his 60-minute YIN/RESTORATIVE class, designed to curate space, connection, and stillness between the body and mind. Yin/Restorative Yoga is a slow-moving, seated, mindfulness practice. We use healthy gentle stress, to compress the joints and bones to improve joint mobility, and range of motion and create healthier fascia. It is practiced by moving into postures slowly, holding poses over time (usually 3 - 5 minutes), and using yoga props for comfort and support. Benefits of Yin/Restorative Yoga can include decreased lower back pain, injury prevention in the major joints (lower back, hips, neck, shoulders, knees, and ankles), and an overall restored feeling of peace in life.

ABOUT KIM My passion has emerged from the deepest, darkest night of my soul that lasted almost a decade. My life changed forever when I learned how to deepen into very difficult emotions, using powerful tools like essential oils, and to then alchemize and release those emotions from running the show in my life.
